The adventure kicks off in Øystese, leading you into the heart of the main fjord before going to Fyksesund. There are 1000-metre-high, steep mountains on both sides, and the guide stops several times to tell you stories about the surroundings.

Numerous waterfalls plunge from the mountainsides, and the boat will stop next to some of them so that you can enjoy the impressive nature up close.

Fyksesund is the only arm of the Hardangerfjord without a road, so it feels like travelling back in time when you explore this area. At the fjord’s end, you find a small, geographically isolated hamlet with historical and cultural importance called Botnen.

You will also make a stop here, and the guide will tell you more about the place. During the trip, you will feel the force of the RIB boat safely. Giving you wind in your hair and an adrenaline spike in your blood!

Included in the price:

  • Life vest
  • Floatation suit
  • Safety goggles
  • Gloves
