Mikkelparken is a family theme park with many activities for kids of all ages. The whole family can enjoy waterslides, swimming, splashing and playing in the water park area. A Mikkel Train is running regularly, which can take you on a tour around the park. Kids can try to find their way through a labyrinth, discover jungle rafting and trails, and enjoy paddling in small boats or mining gemstones and gold.
Animal lovers will be delighted to meet goats and other farm animals at Mikkel’s farm, while those fascinated by machinery can try out the excavators. In addition to the playgrounds outside, Mikkelparken has two large indoor play areas.
Last but not least, Mikkel and his friends invite all the kids to play, dance, sing and have fun during many entertainment shows throughout the day.
If you need a short break or feel hungry, you can get delicious meals at Solkroa, which has an outside terrace, or snacks in Skoskogen, which has one of the indoor play areas.

It is allowed to bring your own food and drinks (except alcoholic beverages), please use picnic tables located around the park.

Practical information
Meeting point: Mikkelparken (Kinsarvikvegen 64).
Minimum age: everyone’s welcome.
Dogs and other pets: not allowed, unless it is a guide dog. There are dog cages in a shaded area outside the park, which can be used on a first come – first serve basis.
Accessibility: Most paths in the park are covered with asphalt and accessible for wheelchair users, however some of them can be steep. There are wheelchair-friendly toilets in the park
