The adventure starts with a half-day dog sledding journey across the glacier, with the Hardangerfjord as a backdrop. You are led by a skilled musher and pulled by a sledding of remarkable huskies. No previous experience is needed.
After the dog sledding tour, you will arrive at the camp. You will be taken back in time to a world of traditional Scandinavian tents, cosy reindeer skins, and a warming fire.
As the day winds down, you can enjoy the views of Norway’s third largest glacier while eating a warm and comforting dinner. The atmosphere is nothing short of magical, with the soft glow of fires and the crisp mountain air to the bright Norwegian summer night.
Next morning, you will get a filling breakfast before packing up.
Be warned: there is a high chance that you will fall in love with a husky or two on this trip.

Please note!
Guests are required to pay a toll fee to access the resort. The road leading up to the ski centre is a toll road owned and operated by Jondal Municipality, with a cost of 120 NOK per vehicle. The toll fee includes parking and contributes to snow clearing and maintenance.
The weather on Folgefonna Glacier can vary significantly during this time of year. It’s crucial to bring enough warm clothing, sunscreen, and sunglasses to ensure your comfort and safety.

Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
