Route 7, one of the main roads between eastern and western Norway, goes directly through Hardangervidda National Park – Europe’s largest mountain plateau of its kind.

Its rugged terrain, characterized by barren, treeless moorland punctuated by shimmering pools, lakes, meandering rivers and streams, provides a picturesque backdrop for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

Join this tour with a small group to Dyranut Fjellstove, a hidden gem 1.245 metres above sea level. Here you can walk up a small hill to get a marvellous 360-degree view and enjoy something to eat or drink at the lodge’s cosy café.

Dyranut serves delicious homemade baked goods and traditional dishes crafted from locally sourced mountain produce, offering a true taste of Norwegian cuisine.
